Newww glasses!
After the Aquarium instead of coming home we went to get my eyes checked. Then we went to get new glasses! Which is really exciting since I’ve been wanting to get new ones for like as long as I’ve had these, heh… Eye Masters was having this sale on getting two pairs of glasses, so I got a pair of glasses and some prescription sunglasses, which is also cool because I’ve never had sunglasses since I’ve always worn glasses, so I’m really happy about this!
Their lab or whatever, the place that makes the glasses, closed like a little after we got there, so the glasses wont be ready until tomorrow afternoon around 2:00. I have work tomorrow morning so I’ll have to get them after work, I’m hoping they’ll let me go early to pick them up, that would be great.
I also want everyone to know that I don’t just sit around wallowing in my pain about Cody and I alllll day. I mean, I’m sad, and I write a lot, but basically when I’m not writing about all that stuff, I’m doing okay, not GREAT, but okay, and even good at times. So, just let it be known that I’m not ALWAYSSSS as miserable as I seem on here. Like, today was a pretty good day once we actually started doing things. Some days are harder than others, and some parts of days are harder than others, but I think I’m doing OKAY for the most part, I think I’m in a place that is normal for the situation. God is starting to give me peace now. PEACE, though, not confirmation, not knowledge of what the future holds, but peace. Which I am so thankful for.
Anyway, I just wanted to say that. New glasses tomorrow, and I don’t know what else? I hope I’ll find something to do…
